Services company — supplier audit

SLA audit: from sampling to full coverage

Concept under validation: an AI agent verifies compliance with agreed SLAs against operational evidence and generates prioritized findings.

In validation
100%
contracts with SLAs under monitoring
Sampling → full
SLA audit coverage

The challenge

Service level agreements (SLAs) are set out in the contracts, but verifying them requires matching each commitment against operational evidence: response times, deliveries, reports, availability. Doing it by hand is so expensive that the audit works by sampling: it reviews some contracts, some periods, some commitments. Breaches that fall outside the sample go unmanaged — and get paid for.

The proposed solution

The combination of our AI contract matrix — already in production as a real case — and an audit agent:

  • The contract matrix provides the SLAs agreed per contract, already extracted and structured.
  • An audit agent verifies each commitment against the available operational evidence: records, reports, measured times.
  • The agent generates prioritized findings: what was breached, in which contract, with what evidence and what impact.
  • The human auditor validates findings and manages them with the supplier — instead of chasing data.

Expected results

Preliminary figures, subject to the ongoing validation:

  • 100% of contracts with SLAs under continuous monitoring.
  • Audit coverage: from sampling to full.
  • Findings with evidence ready for the conversation with each supplier.

Status

This concept is under validation with real supplier audit operations, built on the contract matrix that already runs in production. The metrics are preliminary targets.
