The proposed solution
Automating the preparation of the inputs, not just the submission:
- Automatic collection of the inputs from the defined sources, on every reporting cycle.
- Cross-source consistency checks before the report is assembled: totals, cutoffs and cross-referenced figures.
- Traceability of each data point’s origin: any figure in the report can be traced back to its source.
- Early alerts when a source doesn’t add up, with time to correct before the submission date.

This concept is under validation with real compliance operations at regulated entities. The published metrics are preliminary targets that we will confirm with measurements on real reporting cycles.
